COD only in Melaka.
Shipping and handling elsewhere –
Rates follow POS Malaysia parcel delivery rate for all Inland delivery. For outside Malaysia UPS or DHL rate applies.
We do not profit from shipping and handling, any balance from shipping & handling cost will be refunded, and if insufficient topup is needed. Buyer can choose courier/shipping method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We guarantee that our products are free from defective materials or poor workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty for our product (recond system & parts) shall be 7 days* (unless otherwise stated). Should you encounter any problem with our products, please contact our customer service
